With over 15 years of dedicated experience in the health and social care industry, I've had the privilege of working alongside various stakeholders including local authorities, case managers, ICBs, and CCGs.

Throughout my journey, my focus has always been on providing exemplary care and support to both adults and children with complex care needs.

My passion lies in person-centred care. I firmly believe that every individual deserves the best possible service tailored to their unique needs, enhancing their quality of life. This belief has been the driving force behind every decision and action I take within my profession.

As a Chartered Member of the CIPD, I'm committed to fostering positive work environments. I believe that creating a supportive and nurturing workplace not only benefits employees but also translates into better outcomes for our clients and service users.

Charlotte Burchett - Clinical Services and Operations Director

As the Clinical Lead Nurse at Esme Blake, I have a dedication to excellence in clinical provision and healthcare and my role extends beyond ensuring clinical compliance within our service.

It is through this journey that I have cultivated a profound passion for complex care supporting individuals living with both acute and long-term health conditions. Scott Randall-Vaughan - Quality and Compliance Director

With more than 5 years Recruitment experience, I have had the privilege of getting to know and working closely with many very talented professionals throughout my career. I bring a deep understanding of recruitment processes, candidate selection, screening, and interviewing, and understand the importance of an excellent candidate recruitment experience.

I joined Esme Blake Care Services to oversee and develop our Recruitment and Compliance processes to ensure that we bring on board the very best talent who are not only skilled, but also align deeply with our core values of compassion and excellence, ensuring that all staff are fully compliant along the way.

My focus is on developing seamless recruitment and onboarding processes for Esme Blake staff, as well as continuing to foster a very positive work environment.

Holly Gadd - Branch Nurse

Over the past seven years, I have gained extensive experience in the health and social care sector. Most recently, I spent two years on an acute ward, caring for patients with varying acute and complex care needs. Working with individuals of varying ages and complexities has fuelled my passion for providing patient-specific care.

My journey in health and social care began as a healthcare assistant and has progressed to my current role as a Branch Nurse for Esme Blake. During my two years on a haematology/oncology ward, I cared for patients through all stages of life, offering support to them and their families during very challenging times. These experiences have underscored the importance of holistic care, driving me to specialise in this area.

At Esme Blake, I can put this passion into practice, ensuring the highest standard of care. Our approach involves close collaboration with families to guarantee the best possible support for all involved. By aligning with Esme Blake's profound values, we aim to make a positive difference to the lives of our patients and families.

Nicole Hendrie - Senior Complex Care Coordinator

With over 14 years of experience in health and social care, including primary care, I’ve had the privilege of working alongside GPs, Consultants, Social Workers, Operations Managers, and community agencies. My career has been driven by a personal passion for supporting individuals with complex care needs, which aligns perfectly with the values and mission of Esme Blake Care Services.

For 8 years, I worked with social services, leading hospital discharge planning for clients with complex needs, collaborating with professionals across five hospitals and three rehabilitation centres. This role allowed me to build strong, lasting relationships with social workers, case managers, and care providers.
